Fisker's new ad: Karma is"Designed to get you hot, not the planet"— Autoblog Green

Fiskerran its first television adback in May 2009, but that wasn't all that much to look at. Since then, the automotive start-up hired the independent advertising agencyLambesisas itsagency of record. As we wrote when the partnership was announced this past February:

If thecompany's clipsare a sign of things to come, we expect we'll see leggy models draped over the Karma's already sexy curves in no time. Apart from advertisements, Lambesis will also redesign Fisker's corporate Web site, a project that should be done by this fall.

It's all come true. Thenew Fisker siteis up, and a welcome video does indeed feature a beautiful model, um, interacting with the car by running ice cubes down its curvy lines. It kind of makes sense when you get to the best line in the ad, which says the Karma is"Designed to get you hot, not the planet."Check it outafter the jump.
